I was born and raised in rural Lumberton, North Carolina. I am a man who believes that everyone has been given a vision in life. It is up to us if we pursue that vision. It has taken me eight years to realize my dream. I will be the first to admit, when following one's dreams it can get frustrating at times, but in the end the rewards will outweigh all of the frustrations. I wanted to teach children of today, that they are going to go through a lot of changes in their environment and personal lives. I wanted to teach them the foundations on which, I learned, to handle change. Life can take you for a whirl wind. It's all about change, and it can be a good thing, in most cases. Take life one day at a time and always remember that good always outweighs the bad. Life itself can be full of suprises so don't put off tomarrow, what you can do today. I learned the hard way that things don't stay the same; just when you settle in with the familiar and predictable way of life, things will change and you'll begin to feel uneasy, but hopefully after reading, The Adventures of Ernie and Ike, you'll learn to take obstacles as stepping stones and continue to strive toward a brilliant future.
