The Love of God that Resides in Me The love of God and all that it means to me. So vast, I can hardly comprehend or see. Love everyone, this the word requires of me. To be a child of God, this is how my life is suppose to be. Loud and clear - without love I am nothing. Without knowing God is love, this journey won't be complete. So I must look inside myself, before I encounter defeat. Love, a word so powerful and truly misused today. Stop and open your heart and hear what the Lord has to say. Love is of God - I understand on this road called destiny. Seeking Him with all of my heart will make me free. Content to know that He is God -- no, much more than that you see. God gave His Son Jesus to set the captive free. Love equals freedom to one who receives. Patience develops from the one who believes. Grace and mercy follow me on this path. All I have to do is what the Lord asks. Love you, love me, and my neighbor I see. Show patience, kindness, and goodness too. That is some of what I must do. Gentleness is part of the key. Being tough does not make it easier for you or me. Reflect on your life and where you have been. My Father created me, I was shaped in sin. So the time has come my friend to show you love, from the beginning until the end. Love is special and something everyone desires to receive. Stay true to yourself and just believe. God desires love from you as well. It's a message we need to go out and tell. What a blessing of a gift that is free. It is the love of God that resides in me. One just needs to accept and be set free. Keep the faith and focus straight ahead. Remember God's love each and everyday. Peace within and His love you will never stray.

Natalie Selena Bee loves writing poetry that encompasses expressions of love, hope, encouragement, daily life challenges, and most importantly, faith. They represent the many facets of life that one can experience at anytime. In addition, she enjoys being a professional public speaker.
