About the Book

Back Cover

Stress can stem from childhood memories and adult fears.   Writing can be very therapeutic when used as a catalyst to release fear or anger.  Learning that anger can lead to self destruction, the author allowed her anger to flow from pen

to paper.  Stress need not violate your health with ulcers,   depression, or violence as the author so eloquently proves.

About the Author

This book contains my private collection of healing poems.  My goal is to share these poetic words with individuals who may be experiencing turmoil in their lives.  This therapeutic poetry allows me to give a portion of my thoughts and feelings to the reader.  In return they may experience a release in their troubled spirit.  Each poem is isolated, although shrouded in rage, wrath, and fury.  As we join hands to form a bond of healing, tension and depression will depart.
