Back to this place where we have become too familiar with.
A place where time and people stand still.
Everyone stands still but us.
Galaxies fade away but you and I will continue to remain.
We have shared intimacies beyond what is real.
We have passed the point of things being better in the dark.
Listen to the sounds of our hearts.
They use to have their own space now they beat as one.
I have named the sun and the moon in your honor.
What will you do with the stars for me?

FILLED WITH DARKNESS
BUT THEN, YOU HAVE A LIT CANDLE
"OTHERS" CAN SEE YOU
AND YOU CAN VISION "OTHERS"
ALL HAVE CANDLES, UNLIT...
JUST IMAGINE
YOU HAVE THE
WILL YOU?
ONLY "THOSE" WITH LIGHT CONTINUE IN ILLUMINATION
AND "THOSE" WITHOUT,
CONTINUE IN UTTER DARKNESS
THEM IN DARKNESS CAN'T HELP THEMSELVES,
“THOSE IN THE SAME STATE”
BUT, YOU CAN...

AND IF NOT, IT SUFFERS
AND COMPLETE NOTHING

About the Book
Every so often when life gets out of control, you read a book. The trouble is that, sometimes you can't tell the difference between the book and yourself. Some people lives are in the realm where reality and fiction bump heads too often.
For life is energy and make sure you travel within your own path, for you were appointed. And, if not, that strength is wasted on meaningless circumstances. So as life journeys on, pain and misery continues, consequently, gladness do evolve, still poetry is and will be an inner pulse for the human soul.
We carry on to write and remain as we rise, because “The Blues” may be a song, but by no means a fulfilled story. This occurrence of our peace of “music” will persevere to stir in our souls forevermore. For we inscribe for righteousness and clarity of thought.
These writings are an extraction of our thoughts concerning affection and distress, truth and unconventional feelings, equanimity, pleasure and disappointments, longsuffering and forgiveness, benevolence and goodwill, disillusionment and gratification, abhorrence and adoration, consternation and concerns, and imagination and dreams. These letters of passion are in hope to give thought provoking thoughts to our readers, of how we choose to walk with our daily lives, and how we behave towards our equal selves, meaning all mankind.
Where as, material things may seem to separate us, but in actuality tells the genuine story of how we are all akin. Accordingly, read and enjoy, but remember that all life is valuable and worthy of love. Now, do your best and give your most excellent service to all mankind with inclusive and undamaged uprightness. For every good gift should be performed within the very nature it was given.
About the Author
Nima Shiningstar-El grew up in the city of Philadelphia, where she faced various challenges and struggles. She used these experiences as inspiration to set the venue for writing songs, poems, and short stories. She currently resides in the city of Philadelphia with her wonderful husband and three children. Her family is the key that she pulls from in all her creative works. Dr. Silent Owl an Author and Inventor, has his PhD in Business Administration continues to ask, seek, and knock. His love travels within the gift of creativity that the human spirit was designed with. Poetry has always been a prevailing strength of extraction to deliberate his inner rhythm. His writings encompass many genres over the past 25 years from song writing, works of fiction to poetry.
