About the Book

Have you ever been disappointed in a product or service and even more so when you sought relief from this shabby treatment?  If so, then you will find you have much in common with The Bitter Shrew as she makes her way through the commercial wilds.

This volume of her letters shows her frustration and, more importantly, her valiant and tireless spirit.  Wielding her weapons of irrefutable logic and conviction, The Bitter Shrew fights to not only seek redress for herself but also to spare others a similar fate.

About the Author

The Bitter Shrew, also known as Amanda K. Esquibel, lives on a farm in North Central Florida with her husband, Harry R. Schafer, seven cats and four dogs.  From this refuge from the corporate battlefield, they run, somewhat peacefully, Esquibel Communications Company, producing, among other things, quality publications for people of all ages.  The Company's first book, Bear-Bear and Gravy's Twenty Commandments, offers twenty rules to live by - whatever your age - and colorful illustrations.  It is also available from AuthorHouse.
