About the Author

 

Brandelyn VanRoss is a Kansas City, Missouri native and resident.  Known to her friends and family as Brandi, she is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Kansas City and works full time in the field of International Purchasing. She is also an active wife and mother of two extremely imaginative and creative children, including a son, whose tales of alien adventures inspired this story.

 

One of her lifelong dreams and personal goals has always been to write a children’s book.  She is overjoyed to have finally accomplished this goal and to share it with you now.  Family is extremely important to Brandelyn and therefore she is proud to present her mother, Mary Ingram, as the illustrator for this book.   This was Mary’s first published piece as well.  Mary also resides in Kansas City and has been a professional wallpaper hanger for over 30 years.   Together, they hope that you enjoy this book with your children and look forward to their next collaboration coming soon.
