About the Author
Randall is the father of two wonderful and successful children. Daughter Amy is married and has one child. She is a surgical R.N. in Seattle. Son Dan is married with 5 children. He was a 2002 1st Team Basketball and Academic All-American at Gonzaga University, and has played for six seasons in the NBA. Married 38 years to Judy Dickau, together they have coached and mentored many young people. He coached basketball, soccer, baseball, and golf, After 28 years in pharmaceutical sales and management, Randall's company "Emerald Projects Inc." is helping to mentor young people as they start on "The Road...".
