This is a healing, powerful read of passion, love, faith, encouragement, and unconditional giving. It is meant to help close open wounds, reaffirm faith, and help anyone walking the journey of cancer. I encourage anyone reading this book to look around you, because there are so many individuals that have been touched by cancer and have no idea how to cope . I have become painfully aware that it is not in the destination but in the journey you make through cancer. It is up to us to make every moment count. ~Pam Tarr
Things that are important are not things!
If anyone would have told me what I was about to go through the Holiday season of 2004 I would have laughed them right off the face of the earth. A parent never thinks that they will bury their child. My son Christopher built a huge monument that will live on; what a symbol of his love for his Father in Heaven. From a small baby, who we were told would never walk or talk to a man who never saw anything he could not do. I have learned from you.~Jodi Gray
What comes to mind , when you hear the word Cancer ? You fear it , or you relate to it ....Somehow, it has touched your life in someway...... How did you deal with it ?
Ecclesiastics 3: 1-8...........This is one of the many verses that comes to mind as I try to make light of all that has happened in our lives......whether it be death, or the time to dance... I truely believe that God has predetermined our lives. Yes there is a time for every purpose under heaven...........It is our faith that makes us strong ... And yes it is those who know our hurt that help us get through the hard times or over the obstacles along the way...... I pray for those who ever encounter this journey, and most of all if we can help just one soul ,just one heart, then maybe a portion of our purpose while on this earth has been fullfilled..........May God give you strength......and bless you through the "JOURNEY."~Jean Burnette
