About the Book
After almost forty years as a professional educator, I can truly regard the information and techniques on teaching literacy in No Nonsense Literacy Strategies For Test Taking, The Classroom, And Beyond to be tried and true and render results, even from the lowest achievers. I not only created resources to address reading and writing nuances on tests and in the classroom, but by doing so, alleviated the workload of scoring piles of written responses. I devised simple ways of addressing deficiencies and yet challenging some of our brighter students in this process of delivering all-inclusive instruction.
About the Author
Miss Fund has been a Reading Specialist for most of her professional career. Her teaching background includes working with first to eighth grade students. In addition, she has presented district and statewide workshops on her literacy techniques. She is currently completing her 38th year teaching for the Jersey City School System and is well revered by her colleagues.
