About the Book

O the bliss of this glorious thought; God wants to pour out His blessing upon His creation.  The fact is and the reality of the situation is that man’s immorality, godlessness, and lawlessness has prevented the Divine from doing so.  As we visualize with our mind’s eye events of the past, we can with remarkable accuracy watch the scene unfold like an ongoing drama.  The curtain is drawn and the future comes upon us as a wild fire destroying everything in its path.  Enemies of Israel call for her destruction.  Armies are surrounding Jerusalem.  Regardless as to the dismal outlook of some, Friday of Holy Week brought a plumage in a reservoir of hope.  The story was not completed when the followers left the sepulcher that Friday evening.  The day of rest presented an opportunity for the miracle of the resurrection to be witnessed by them.  As the stone shook away from the entry to the tomb, so are we set free from the sins which hold us from joy, love, and peace. When He returns a resurrection will be known around the world. The sky will be opened and the Resurrected Christ will appear as King of Kings.

About the Author

Being raised in a Christian environment and the last of nine children gave the author an opportunity to learn that the cheaper and lesser things of life are more costly than the nobler and greater. The price is paid in pain and sorrow for one while the other is daily loaded with benefits.

Ronald D. Moss preached his first sermon while in the sixth grade to some classmates. His life was a testimony of God’s grace at work in a young heart. He received his formal education from the Owosso Bible College and continued his studies at the University of Michigan. He and Marilyn accepted the senior pastor and wife position soon after graduation from college. Forty three years he was a senior pastor. He has served as hospital and industry chaplain. Their daughter and three sons are all in the church. Marilyn and Ron say it has much to do with family and private devotions. They attempted to keep focused on the best!
