About the Author

Marie A. Broadwater is the author/ illustrator of two previous works. Entitled "Unveiled" Damsel Arise ( a book of poetry) and " When  I Grow Up I Can Be..." ( a children's book). As an illustrator for more then 13 years Marie specializes in several mediums.Ms. Broadwater's formal education came from the University Of Wisconsin Milwaukee majoring in fine arts. She received additional  training at the Milwaukee art Museum, the Pallet shop and Artist and display.She is also a motivational speaker.Ms. Broadwater does book events, as well as arts and craft shows through out south eastern Wisconsin.
