This book tells you how to deal with such situations.  Situations which you look upon as insurmountable tragedies.  Yet, nothing in life is insurmountable.  All you need is to do is re-look at life, re-adjust your focus, gather your courage, harness your capabilities and you are ready to fly again. This book will tell exactly how to do that through fifteen steps. Remember, each step is important in your battle to rejuvenate yourself.   These fifteen steps have evolved out of battles fought by many people who have narrated their struggles.

In the end, no one can help you beyond a point.  You have to help yourself.  It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible either.

Sam Walker has been writing articles, short stories and reviews for various newspapers, magazines and websites for almost three decades.  He has also authored a book earlier.  He was also a reporter for a national English daily in India in the early 1980’s. This is his maiden foray into a book of this kind.

Having undergone several tough situations himself and coped with each one of them, he realized that there must have been other people who would have gone equally tough, if not exactly similar situations in their lives.  He spoke with many of them and learnt about their reactions to those situations. 

This book is a result of those dialogs that he held with each one of those people.  He learnt of their experiences, their resilience in dealing with them and their ability to come back into life with heads held high again.
