Father Time has called us in from Mother Nature. He has called us up to a place that is filled with flowers and streets made if gold. A place where love is our only race, a place called the Rose Garden. Come soar with me through the galaxy filled with ecstasy. The Rose Garden is a place too strong for the mind and flesh, come and get undressed our souls have found its eternal resting nest. Let me take you to a place that is filled with flowers, and the streets that are made of gold. Let me take you to a place where love is our only race. Let me take you to the Rose Garden.

About the Book
I am destined to greatness because I am is a collection of poems that were written to comfort, encourage, and inspire the reader. They were inspired by different events in my life. These poems reveal a side of me that is rarely seen in my character. The title for this book is to let the reader know that they are destined to greatness, no matter who you are.
About the Author
Charles Linen was born to Samuel and Rebecca Linen in Georgetown, SC. He grew up on a small farm in the Dunbar community, with strong family values. Charles now lives in Florence, SC with his wife Deloradean. They have two childern, Colby and Ryan. It was at an early age when Charles realized his love for writing. It was a way for him to be the person he was too shy to be. His poetry quickly caught the attention of his family and friends. He began getting request for different events, and was repeatedly encouraged to have his writings published. His writing help encourage, heal, and inspire.
