The Inspiration and the Vision

(Make Me Over Jesus)

The inspiration for this book was given to me one-night while I sat on my bed
Writing in the Purpose Driven Journal
God spoke directly to me and my body felt a warm sensation and tears
started running down my face.
My hands started writing - words that I did not think to write myself
And I knew it was the presence of God
**Practice His Poetry**
After I wrote these words I immediately fell to
My knees and praised his name
I repeated over and over again
Thank you, Jesus - Thank you, Lord

He Sent Me In Another Direction

(Order My Steps)

I was so sure that when I finished writing the first manuscript
that I would be ready to write a book on short story testimonies,
but I kept writing poems and I couldn’t figure out
how I would be using these poems since my poetry book was complete.
Then one morning it came to me - there is another book
to be written first and we are going to call it
“Order my Steps”
Every time I hear the Pastor TL Carmichael say order my steps
my heart would stop for just a moment and I could feel something
embrace me - saying - this is a stamp on your life and this is a message
to be shared
I first heard this phrase Order My Steps, by the Mighty Clouds of Joy - and
I would play this CD in my car over and over again.
as If I had no control but to listen to the words until they were part of my name.
I am who I am - This is me - A gift to Love everything I see.

Expressing my thoughts in writing has always been a deep passion. I would sit in silence and my hands would write as my thoughts would speak.

Words would come to me, like the essence of a natural running spring, always thinking.

Life has given me an opportunity to grow through joy and sorrow and with each and every passing year my thoughts are scribed on something some where.

When I write its a seed bearing fruit of a direct connection that passes all other elements of thought and resides in the cavity of my greatest depth of intellect; rehearsing, learning and encouraging...... my spiritual growth.

This is a gift that God has allowed me to develop, for his purpose and to glorify his name.

To Much that is given—Much is Required.
