Advancing The Spirit I sent my spirit out in search Of the purest means of existence, The way to live in the world Without fear or self-reproach. I wanted to prove to myself and my family That it was possible To live in light, to exist inside A beam of pure love, To never fall from grace Or stray from God’s union. I sent my spirit out To discover the truth of what it means To be truly alive, Kind, honest and good-hearted. I ordered myself to soul search the landscape For one person who could stand In the face of adversity, The beguiling cage of hate, To close the door on the rain, The bloody memories, The hapless, hopeless wilderness Of the mind Where the chill of deadly days Comes home to roost in the soul And if that person comes forward To fix on my eyes, I will know I’ve been blessed With the image of the savior, For whom the fruits of existence Bloom every moment In the hearts of each man, Woman and child, And when I lay my eyes across his face, My spirit will be advanced. |

About the Book
"The Entire Man" was written through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The author through this book, has divided the elements of life in its two most familiar sectors, that is the "Spiritual" and the "Physical" realm. Today, the enemy has convinced some of us that the end has come, and our final destination has already been determined. Sometimes we accept what the enemy may throw at us because of the disouragement we face from time to time. Some includes dispair, hopelessness and as for young people, the extreme peer pressure we face, wheather it's through school or at our various work environments. "The Entire Man" was inspired to cater all of these avenues. The book expresses the need for perseverance,self awareness and the importance of a christ laid foundation in these last days. At the completion of fully digesting these encouraging words, written in poetic fashion, you would have rid the enemy of his joy by restoring peace within yourself. You would have destroyed the enemies plans and revise God's own. You will discover that the enemy provides temporary fullfilment only, but God provides permanent joy. God has sent the inspiration you need to overcome your disposition. But will you accept? Healing starts within you.
