The school bell rang, signaling the end of recess. Everybody went back to their classes except for one student. He took David to the side and said, "I have something in my locker that can help you; I am willing to lend it to you."
"What's that?" asked David.
"You know a weapon." he whispered.
"No thank you, I already have a weapon."
"Good, you're going to need it."
"I don't think you understand. It's not a man-made weapon; it's the word of God."
"Don't be a fool. Goliath won't have a stupid book; he has knuckle braces and knives.

About the Book
This book contain two of the series “when I make it to Heaven” a modernize version of David and Goliath and of Daniel in the Lion’s den. When kids read these books they will be able to identify with the biblical characters as well as finding out how God expect them to live their lives. Just like the title suggests, we may live in this world but we are not of this world. The only way we can make it to heaven is by following the map given to us in the bible.
About the Author
A Sunday school teacher, youth counselor, Mother of a beautiful daughter who’s already showing signs of following in her mother's foots steps. Leader of “The Heavenly Praise Youth Ministry” an organization where she dedicates all her life to bring children to Christ. Her dream is to see kids of all nations rising up to make a difference. Growing up in Haiti her mother use to tell her; “Education starts from the cradle.” With the bible principles and Jesus’ guidance; our kids can't go wrong, even if they drift a little, later in life you’ll always find them coming back to shore. It’s not just important to teach them right from wrong, it’s also important to tell them the difference it makes as Christians and their eternal consequences. The bible is our best source of education.
