On the other hand, Decrevecouer’s Letters range up the Eastern Seaboard; he sees the new world as a place of welcome for all, where government rule mildly and where people leave religious baggage behind and are grateful to the American god; he never visit Charleston, but wrote about it; he is a religious man who makes his way for himself; he writes about how the nation embrace and assimilate people to becomes less religiously oriented and more American; the new world is seen philosophically as a place for homogenized immigrants who are moved away from their religion; he writes his accounts as letters to be sold abroad and make money; The name of the diplomat is written with small (d), and (de c) abbreviate his name.
I was no allowed to quote from the introduction in the open book examination; the section of the text is used by the teacher to construct exams; quoting from the introduction brings disagreement from part of my teacher who states that her question was not adequately answered, but the argument is contradictory. The introduction is assigned reading in the schedule section of the syllabus; my teacher claims that elements of biography are focused more than authors writing, but my teacher is deceived. Biographies are scheduled in the syllabus; students must ignore the reading of American literature in order to answer teacher’s questions which are based on the teacher learning to play the role.
What is the American Dream? The teacher wants to know the student’s writing level, and students must write in the American expression; American defines the nationality of the dream and explains series of images occurring during sleep when we are not conscious; the act of dreaming is represented by the verb in a sentence and fantasies.
There are other dreamers with different kinds of dreams, but my teacher is not aware of the fact and asks on my paper: If every group has a different dream, what effect must that situation have on society as a whole? I became disappointed after registering for the course; my intent of going back to school was to learn how to write books. I formerly complained to the Assistant Dean and Director, Liberal Arts Program who initiated an investigation about the definition of the course in the syllabus; the investigation concluded in a meeting with the Director who explained that American Dream is an American expression, but her conclusion contradicts American literature as was offered in the school catalogue.
A letter was sent to my attention after two years investigating The American Dream as American literature; the letter is dated August 29, 1995; the word (Discussion) in the letter refers our conversation in the meeting; the Director thanks for my time to meet with her and explains that the purpose of her letter is to give record of our conversation and provide experience to each student; therefore, a more successful record can be obtained from the Director, but the job position regarding my educational experience must be clarified, and “Students, regardless of background, must be able to speak and write English fluently”
Enjoying literature and having appreciation for its value and understanding our world are just components of being English major; other important components for being an English major are listed as observations.

Linear thinking is the common way of thinking. We focus and assume at the lack of knowledge. We perceive the known. We pursue the learned. We believe in being and persuade others to believe, but the thinking lacks order and leads to the inability of making sense.
A teacher, for example, thinks as teacher and meets social responsibilities. They learn to construct sheets as the syllabus and examination sheets and become constructors while ignoring the intellect and violate the syntax of the English language. Their belief in being teacher allows them to construct the teaching. They are prepared to play teaching and deliver the known, but focusing with intention to teach deceive the teacher who fails to recognize difference between theme, idea or issue, between principle and principal, between type, character or man and between The Confessions of Rousseau and the confessions of people in Oprah show on television, and the learning to teach is demonstrated.
My greatest benefit of registering in the private university was learning how the expression American Dream was used to define a course on American literature. The definition in the syllabus initiated a field for me to study, and I learn by finding the roots of the matter. Interpreting conceives beliefs; then, we judge circumstances being below capacity. The Hearing perceive by the ears, but gain no-knowledge without interest in learning. The Focusing concentrate in the object of perception and fail to bring real information. The intention of being professional reaches middleclass social level and is entitled to more money while ignoring human principles.
We ought to meet our moral responsibilities in order to help our community and is my purpose of writing. I like to teach what I had learned at home to those who want to learn more.

I was misunderstood. Teacher’s answers never make sense to my questions at school. My interest in understanding my teachers at school initiated my study for twelve years. I am still learning and believe that teaching is a job to earn the living and that has nothing to do with understanding the students, but with the delivery of the known.

As we all know, learning to read and write English was against the law, and writing differs from describing a thought. I believe that learning to read and write is the responsibility of every adult; it takes interest and dedication. I discovered Linear thinking and concluded that it is a common way of thinking among all of us.
