About the Book

“We Have to Find Him.” The saga continues with the Ireland family. Throughout the years, Jim Ireland was eventually promoted to a, Lieutenant General, a three-star General. He was then assigned to head up the First Marine Division at Camp Pendleton, California.

            Jim and Melissa’s children, Patrick and Mollie, have now graduated from high school. After that they attended Annapolis Naval Academy to eventually become Marine Corps officers and then Marine Corps pilots.

            Book three continues the sequel of, “The Call of Duty” which eventually takes Patrick and Mollie to Colombia along with twenty-five hundred Marine ground troops to fight the Cartel solders of Columbia with hope of curtailing some of their drug trafficking to the United States.

About the Author

He was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota on December 15, 1939. He now resides in Avon, Minnesota, a small town of 1000 people. Avon is surrounded by three beautiful lakes and a lot of beautiful scenery.

He retired in February, 2006 and is now spending his time with writing his books along with playing some golf. He has three books published and is working on two more. His first book, “The Call of Duty” was followed by a sequel. His third book is a continuance of the sequel as he writes about military ficition.
