About the Author

David Hernandez has been a storyteller his whole life. Ever since he was a child, he was drawing cartoon characters, creating imaginary worlds, and writing epic stories. David grew up in the midwest surrounded by tradition and nostalgia. This greatly affect his worldview. After service in the US Army, and School, David joined the creative folks at Disney Studios, soon becoming a sought after Creative Consultant, working with other companies such as Mtv, Nickelodeon, Universal Studios, and Lucasfilm. David lives with His wife and children in Florida and New York. You can always find him at the local coffee shop, creating his next wonderful adventure.

Tony graduated from Ringling School of Art and design  in 1972 and  has worked as an illustrator for many prominent companies such as Universal, Disney, and Nickelodeon just to name a few. Tony became enamored with wildlife art and began to get involved in outdoor art festivals. His new love is illustrating children’s books.  He finds it very medicinal. "It goes back to my childhood when I had several beautifully illustrated children’s books. I’m sure it was my first source of inspiration to be an artist. My life has made a full circle now where my work may be an inspiration to other children." Tony lives with his lovely wife, Bonnie in Orlando, Florida.
