About the Book

Ian McAllister joins the S.S. Barclay as the new boatswain after the old boatswain suffered a broken arm. Unknown to him the vessel holds a secret that will put the whole crew at the mercy of a violent storm. The ship is sunk in strange circumstances off the coast of West Africa and only four crew survive.

They are marooned on the hostile Skeleton coast. After taking refuge in a cave and waiting for rescue they decided to explore; they find evidence of an ancient civilization and promise of fabulous riches.

The four survivors and a retired archaeologist and his daughter  return to the wreck site, only to be followed by corrupt police and a gang of diamond thieves. Murder and violence become the order of the day.
