About the Book

I realized after recovering from my last relationship, I  was utilizing methods learned from previous break ups  and personal losses.  I was amazed how this facilitated my grief recovery.  Conflict seemed to resolve immediately.

Eureka! I've actually learned from my past experiences.  I hope the things that I've discovered will help you through your own grief process with quick results. Whatever the relationship may have been, getting through it and beyond it, is key!   I hope the techniques that have worked for me will work for you.

Grief and pain are very individual.  There is no right way or wrong way to go through this process and this book. Some ideas may work, some may not and you may discover new ideas for yourself.  I just want you to be OK and open for all the positive things in your life.

About the Author

Leza Mesiah is a very talented Renaissance Woman.  She’s traveled extensively both in North American and abroad.  She’s been influenced by hundreds of wonderful people from scholars to those she sings for in her volunteer hospice work.

As a Mensa Society member, Leza tests in the top 2% of  worlds general population in intelligence, yet she’s very down to earth and humble about it.  Leza is extraordinarily sensitive and aware of the world around her.  She knows we are all connected on a deep spiritual and emotional level.  She also knows that what’s most important in becoming and remaining happy is not visible to the human eye.

Leza’s education is vast.  She entered an experimental University College Lab School environment from 2nd grade through high school.   Most of her undergraduate and graduate college educational background was completed in New York and she’s happily lived in Dallas, Texas for about 30 years.

With a last name of Mesiah, pronounced Messiah, she has always had this deep spiritual sense of wanting to help people understand that inner peace is a way to outer peace and harmony.  Leza knows that there are basically only 2 human states; one of fear and one of love.   We all have a choice of where we wish to live our lives.   Let us choose love, as fear only brings about hate, depression, envy, war and all those things Yoda told Luke Skywalker about.

This book offers many life changing ideas on your road to happiness, bliss and staying that way.  Despite the serious nature of becoming the best we can be, Leza also knows that having a sense of humor makes our life lessons even more enjoyable to tackle.

She thanks you for reading her book and knows you will get something good out of it!
