Letting go requires little effort. Understand that these what if questions are bogging your mind, stressing you out and taking up your time. He's gone and is no longer worthy of your time!" "Often times, we as women don't define ourselves until someone does it for us. We then become uncomfortable with what they say we are and that's when we get busy. We get busy living, getting in shape (financially, physically, mentally, spiritually), forgiving, catching up, etc. When faced with opposition such as a relationship ending, it is important to know who you are. You know who you are as his lady. But who are you without him?" ""It's His Loss," means that he has lost out on you. You gave it your all. You gave him a chance. You took a chance on him by letting him into your world. He left so he forfeits all privileges associated with you. (This does not mean that he left you first, it just means that he is gone regardless as to who said goodbye first.)"

It's His Loss When the Relationship Ends encourages self examination. It is geared toward women so that they can complete themselves instead of looking to others for this task. Forgiveness is emphasized. This is essentially because until this is granted, you cannot move forward with anything. It encourages by pointing out four popular issues that women encounter at some point in their life. Self love, forgiveness, self definition, and what if scenarios are all common to women of all ages. Once readers read these four chapters and they have acknowledged within themselves what (if anything) needs to be changed, they are then ready for the concept of It's His Loss! The last chapter is all about the author. She tells of a few encounters she has had with men. She also tells just why it really is HIS loss when a relationship ends!
About the Author
Sherri Knotts is a woman who has experienced the ups and downs of relationships at a very early age in her life. Though the road seems as if it is a never ending up hill climb, she chooses to take the positive outlook on life. Because she has had to forgive over and over, she understands the peace that accompanies this ability. Like so many women, she too had to come to a point where she dealt with herself on her terms. Her character is revealed in this book in the way that she encourages others to be positive.
