About the Book

Zinger Bug Zoe is about a little bug in her community, coping with Autism, and the frustration with her sensory challenges.

She is helped by her family and a wonderful teacher who never gives up on her.

It was written to help young children and adults alike, learn about some characteristics of Autism and to start a dialogue.

This book carries with it family values and encouragement for the future.

About the Author

Gayle Betz is a Preschool Teacher and mother of five, living in Michigan. She has been a Parent Advocate for many years as a result of having two children with developmental disabilities, Autism and Cerebral Palsy Quadriplegia. Gayle is currently writing a series of books for young children to help them create a positive attitude toward identifying differences and individuality in people with disabilities.
