and circulating recombinant forms. Within the past 50 to 100 years,

HIV went from being maintained primarily, if not exclusively, in sooty

mangebeys (HIV-2) and chimpanzees (HIV-1) to being the etiologic

agent in a worldwide pandemic. AIDS was not recognized as a specific

disease until 1980 and HIV was not identified as an etiologic agent

until 1983. Nonetheless an estimated 16 million persons have died

from AIDS worldwide with 50 million currently infected with HIV.

Laboratory procedures have been developed for the construction of

many viruses to infect humans and the HIV/AIDS charade has been

applied to society deviantly since 1980. HIV and SIV are not toxic by

themselves in primates but laboratory genetic engineering has catapulted

these innocuous viruses into virulent lethal viral gene products. Viral

gene products are being distributed at an alarming pace, and in fact

the year 2004 more HIV infections and AIDS related deaths occured

than any previous year. The avian poxviruses are naturally host range

restricted and innocuous in the natural host, but similar to the HIV/

AIDS charade the viruses have been genetically altered for politics to

advertise another devastating bogus cross-species pandemic coming

out of nowhere people are dropping like flies.

Political agendas of deviant political motivation with designs of

discrimination stigma and death and dying via viral gene altering

explosions in the body are not only viruses being intentionally distributed

and introduced into targeted individuals and communities, but society

is being altered as planned from the strategic political tactics being

implemented to disenfranchise specific individuals, communities and

inhabitants of various geographical locations around the world.
