The Accountant

 

Kameron H. McQuay CPA/ABV, CVA is a principle and owner with the public accounting firm of Blue & Co., LLC in their healthcare practice.  A frequent presenter at local and regional conferences, Kam’s dynamic, humorous style encourages class participation and interaction.  A powerful speaker whose personality holds his audience, Kam specializes in delivering technical, content rich programs, in a fun, inspirational and motivational style that will leave the group entertained, challenged and never the same. While Kam delivers more than 50 presentations per year, he maintains an ongoing client base of physicians, dentists and hospitals providing general financial, tax and consulting support.

 

Kam, Born in Chicago, Illinois, has a B.S. degree from the University of Evansville, and currently resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Debbie and their two children.

 

The Engineer

 

Rick Drumm is a Professional Engineer who has been a highway engineer for that past 14 years. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.  Rick has lived all over the country, but for the past decade in Illinois and Indiana. He is frequently asked to speak at conferences and meetings by a wide variety of engineering associations and groups. Rick’s particular interest is highway safety as he speaks entertainingly and passionately about reducing fatalities and injuries on our roads and highways.  He is active in theater and in church, and he also loves a good game of basketball.

 

Rick has the joy of living with his best friend, his wife Susan, and their three children in Fishers, Indiana.

 

The Coach

 

Dan Kapsalis has had a successful athletic and coaching career in the sport of soccer that spans over 35 years from the youth level to Division I and the professional level.  He currently holds the highest level of soccer coaching licenses from the top national organizations and is the former Director of Coaching for the State of Indiana.  Over the past 20 years, Dan has trained over 20,000 athletes and educated hundreds of coaches and parents.  Above and beyond coaching the game of soccer, Dan has published and produced original motivational prints and videos designed to improve team ethics, character and the importance of learning valuable life lessons through sports. He has delivered hundreds of presentations for various corporations, non-profit programs and national and local sports organizations and teams.

 

Dan, born in Chicago, Illinois with a B.S. degree from Indiana University, currently resides in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis with his wife Nancy and their six children.
