The popularity of the ‘A Better You’ newspaper column resulted in a book published some time ago.  The popularity of that book created a willlingness to put together another.  So, we now have ‘The Superior You’ presented in categories judged worthy of your study.  I hope you will find many ideas you can decide to practice in making you truly ‘The Superior You.’

As a columnist, author, speaker and business executive, Mr. Sarff has been recognized with numerous awards, honors and presentations.

Now retired in Fort Myers, Florida, he is active with Habitat for Humanity and the Southwest Florida Symphony Chorus, among many other activities.
