Evangelist Cato were born on January 2, 1945, in New London, North Carolina.  Evangelist Cato received an Associate of Arts degree from Moody Bible Institution and has participated in many biblical seminars.  Evangelist Cato is a popular speaker at revivals and many church programs across the country.

Evangelist Cato received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, From Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri, and is currently employed as a Correctional Officer at the Limestone Correctional Facility, Harvest, Alabama.

Evangelist Cato is now residing in Tuscumbia, Alabama
