Vinchenzo, Peter and Marcella work together in a decipher room in the Vatican Vaults, they enjoy what they do, however, one day their whole lives change, this is brought about by the appearence of a piece of parchment that is brought to their attension by Angelo, who is one of the night janitors working in the building they work in, it leads them around the world and to adventures that will change Peter's and Marcella's lives forever. They will face death, abuction, imprisonment, as well as torture and intriegue during their adventures. this book will hopefully draw the reader in to the plot that the themselves may feel they are part of the whole adventure themselves, who knows!

About the Book
This book starts in Rome in 2000, it is about a piece of papyrus that has been found in the Vatican vaults, by a night janitor, this leads three men on an epic journey of adventure and intriegue that will eventually lead them to the "Great Gateway" and home again, yet not before they have to look death, squarly in the face.
the adventure takes them to the unknown and beyond, to the far corners of the Earth, and the perils of man and his insatiable desire to own for himself that which he was never meant to have, this book will be seen as purely fiction, a figment of the authors imagination! however, I challenge, those of you with inqusitive minds to read this book and make your own mind up as to whether it is purely fantasy or whether there may just be a glimer of truth mingled in, that is for the reader to decide.
About the Author
Georgina Thomas is a pen name of the author, the author was brought up in the nineteen fifties, in the Northeast of England comming from a rather large family and has been married thirty four years and has two children, as well as a grandson, with a further grand child due any day now, the author now lives and works in their native Northeast, as a Pator in a church plant in Whitburn, Nr Sunderland Tyne and Wear.
