PAGE-42 Alex hears an explosion and sees a huge fireball rising from the ground. The zoo’s front gates begin falling down as it is overwhelmed by the undead. He then runs towards the explosion to escape and to see what all the excitement was about. The scene changes to bodies flying backwards and hitting the ground with bullet holes all over them. The bodies starts to get back up while the rest of the dead are being attacked by soldiers in red suits appearing and disappearing as they fire everything they have. Alex comes running around the corner with his gun drawn to see soldiers and zombies slaughtering each other. A figure can be seen in a crouched position surrounded by a couple of soldiers firing in all directions. Keeping his distance to view all the action, Alex doesn’t notice something approaching from behind. He turns around and barely escapes the swing of a giant claw. With no effect of his gunfire, the creature roars more and continues it’s charge for another attack. Not being able to take down this bear-like monster, he’s forced to run directly into the battle itself. One of the soldiers notices the creature and a man running in their direction and alerts the other team members on his wristband.

Preliminary reports tell us that a prototype of "SUN-RISE" was successfully constructed at the CDC. Unfortunately, there was no evidence of its remains once transport 7 arrived. There were also no survivors or any evidence of the plague's origin after the explosion. Remaining citizens nearby believes that the outbreak was nothing more than an advance stage of Crane Syndrome. SUBJECT-2: Evacuation of Cherish Port. Startling information had landed on my desk early this evening. It seems that Professor Grounds wasn’t working alone on the design of the “Dark Plague.” But, the mayor of Cherish Port himself is involved as well. Do we investigate?
About the Author
At an early age Chris Parsons decided to move on from drawing characters from his favorite childhood shows to creating adventures himself. Now with an overwhelming number of ideas, he is now ready to put his adventures to print. So after sending some time in college working on his degree in Graphic Communications and then taking a long time break, Christopher went back to school with a new major in mind, Creative Writing in English: Screenplay. To him this is a hobby in hopes to get some freelance work if not just express his thoughts, and he started out and continued with going with a self-publishing company because he likes the idea of keeping 100% of the rights to his work.
