About the Book

 There is now a fundamental crisis of identity in the meaning of manhood. Men are no longer certain what it means “to be a man.”  They live in new world of post patriarchy, created by women. Somehow they must quickly learn to evolve their ancient and primitive manhood psychology. “The Lost Patriarch”, shows us how to begin this exploration for a new identity. It explores a man’s compelling search for heroism and love, his compulsive sex gods; and all aspects of the male female relationship, at home, in work, in marriage, separation and divorce. We are living through the beginning of male liberation, from which nothing less than a new Myth of Manhood will emerge

About the Author

Stephen comes from a large patriarchal family. His own emotional journey from patriarch to post patriarch, has been a long, painful and interesting process of self discovery and  liberation. He is the emotional veteran of two divorces and lives now as a single father with three children. He also has  twenty years experience in the therapeutic consulting room,  listening to other men talk about their own journeys.
