"Hey boss, what do you say we go undercover for awhile?" Sergio was dying to be a real undercover detective. He just knew that would be the perfect way to nab the burglar. "In time Sergio, all in due time." Chico answered as he polished his detective boots. All the cats in the neighborhood were starting to get really nervous. After all, this had been going on for some time now. Each time the Cat Tails thought they had finally nabbed him, the burglar had came up with a new trick. "Hey Chico, I say we go on a stakeout at midnight, we could catch him in action!" Sebastian said full of confidence. He was normally the brains of the operation. Chico was about to answer him when suddenly, out of nowhere, they heard this deep, unfamiliar voice. "Wait now boys, I don't think that's such a good idea. You don't want to get your paws too dirty now do you?" The voice was coming from a tall, skinny, white cat with one black circle around his left eye. He wore a long black leather coat and a black newsboy hat. "Good morning, the name is Salvador. They call me Salvador The Spy. I heard you boys were having a problem with a yarn burglar." Salvador spoke with a very deep voice and he spoke very slowly like he was hanging on every word........

About the Author
Beyond The Rainbow is the first children's book for Angela Pullam Long. Angela started reading at the age of two and a half when she learned to read from her collection of Dr. Suess books. From that early age she has had a passion for books and reading. Her interest in writing children's books comes from her deep love for children. Coming from a large family, Angela is the youngest of ten children and she has always been surrounded by children & love. She credits her values of life and her inventive imagination to her mother who was always willing to visit the enchanting land of make believe. Angela now lives in Panama City Florida with her husband Tim Long and her step daughter Jessica. She is currently employed at Oakland Terrace Elementary School. The school for the Visual and Performing Arts.
