The Sunday school lesson was on the Ten Commandments.
At the end of the class the kids were given a worksheet to answer
that included the question: "What does God expect from you?"
One child wrote:
"Love God and Swallow the Ten Command Mints"
Children can get things mixed up.
Remember the kid who thought God's name was "HOWARD"? "Our Father who art in Heaven, HOWARD be thy name..."
Well, God doesn't get things mixed up. The best security
we can have in our life is God. His presence and His love
in our life is unshakable, unchangeable and "ROCK" solid.
God's Word is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.
The world we live in definitely can get things mixed up. What was "in" yesterday is "out" tomorrow. What was "good" yesterday
is "bad" today. The facts change.
History is molded to popular belief with mixed messages,
double standards, blurred morality, and a popular trend of
tolerating every perversion reigns.
Why not let GOD REIGN in your life?
That means that you put Him in a place that is above
and more important than anything else to you.

About the Author
Tricia Daly Conway is like a book herself with various chapters in life from defeat to victory. She was raised in "Minn-a-snow-ta", the land of the frozen choosen. The 60's were rebellion and a tree house in Haight Ashbury, the 70's were alcohol and denial, the 80's were AA, salvation through Jesus Christ and returning to school. She now has a B.A. in Occupational Therapy working in physical disabilities and a M.A. in Christian Counseling.
Through it all, art and design were activites that she continued to pursue. Her watercolor paintings, have won awards from 1st Place to Honorable Mention in Maine and Minnesota. She is the illustrator of "The Parable of the Bridge" by Barbara Farah. The Art of Witnessing: Love God and Swallow the 10 Command Mints is her first work as an author/illustrator.
Tricia currently is the Ministry Lead for Celebrate Recovery at Harborside Christian Church. She lives in Safety Harbor, Fl .
