About the Book

As adolescence gave way to young adulthood and all of the emotions and responsibilities that new stage brought along with it, this collection grew to become more about the power of faith and the necessity of hope, about acceptance of the things we cannot change, learning to find strength within ourselves to continue on against adversity and loss, and about how to make the quality of one's life better by simply taking it one day at a time.

About the Author

The author resides in Virginia Beach, VA where she works as a free-lance photographer.  This is her third publication of poetry and photography.
