About the Author

Tom de Paolo spent his entire business life in the marketing arena, working for two firms: J. Walter Thompson Advertising and the Disneyland Resort. In retirement he has turned to oil painting, writing, a little golf, and of course, cooking! His previous books are entitled: “The Suddenly Single Chef” ‘Sheff-Cooks for Kids” and “Laguna Cooks!!!” He lives in Laguna Beach, California.
