About the Author

About The Author – Jane E. Braun

Jane E. Braun resides in a suburb of Chicago with her three almost grown children, as they come and go to and from college; and their dog and cat. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education with advanced certification in Educational Leadership and has reached the dissertation level in Educational Psychology; the development of social, emotional and moral reasoning. The focus of her studies was on Developmental Psychology; fairness and justice. Since she never got the opportunity to write for a scholarly audience, she chose the next best thing; children.

This is her first book and she deals with fairness through the eyes and voices of children. This story is for every child, parent or adult who remembers ever hearing that proverbial declaration, "It’s not fair!" She hopes it helps.

About The Illustrator – Audrey Posl

Audrey is currently studying Graphic Design and other Visual Arts at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and when she’s not too wrapped up in art projects or the demands of her executive position as Administrator for Student Housing, she enjoys rollerblading around her hometown of Minneapolis and working at a thrift store which is dedicated to helping disabled people around Minnesota.  She has a loving relationship with music, an infatuation with art of all forms, and is honored to have this be her first published piece of work.
