About the Book
Adam Kindred was the sole survivor of a German ambush near the Marne in 1918. He held his dying buddy, Arthur "BB" Strayhorn, Jr., in his arms as he screamed for his mother. Four years later, Adam is the pastor of a rural Kentucky church. The sounds of battle are gone, but the nightmares of that dreadful day remain. Now, as a storm rages, someone is out there with murderous intent."It's a mixture of real life events and places, with elements of fiction, but author Edwin Lewis won't tell you which is which" - Paul Hanak, "Benton (KY) Tribune Courier. "
