About the Author
Sydne Archambault is a creative educator for children and adults. She can make ideas and stories come alive for others by involving them in a multi sensory encounter. She developed Sunday School courses that successfully led students to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the stories in the Bible for their lives. Her work as a leader of adult study groups’ delights and informs hearts, minds and spirits.
Many years ago Ms. Archambault’s five- year old Son asked her, “What did you think Mommy when you first saw me?” One day she wrote a poem for both of her Sons responding to a humble request from years ago. The poem developed into a story, and the story developed into pictures, which blossomed into On Wings of Angels.
On Wings of Angels, Ms. Archambault ‘s first published work reminds us of the moment we first lay eyes upon our children. Heaven and Earth yield into the other like old Friends as we witness their miracle to us. We catch a glimpse of generations in the making captured in one tiny bundle. Our dreams unfold in a button nose and wee hands reaching for human touch. For the present they are ours to love and nourish, but tomorrow the journey is theirs.
