I Broke My Heart

Early Saturday morning Wanda had just finished packing for her trip to New Orleans with Michael. She had taken the kids to her sister's house the night before.  She had to admit that she was pretty nervous about the trip. But at the same time, happy to be going. For some reason she still felt that she was committing a horrible sin. Still married and going on a weekend excursion with another man. Although she had gotten used to being in Michael's company, she still often thought of Terry.

She looked over at the clock on her nightstand. It was seven twenty five. Michael was supposed to be at her house at seven thirty. She went to the mirror again to examine herself one last time. She had on Guess jeans with a pink blouse tucked inside. She turned sideways and looked at her ass in the mirror. 'I think he'll like these jeans,' she thought to herself.

On time, Michael was knocking on the door at seven thirty. She took a deep breath before going downstairs to open the door. "Ok, sister. Let's go and have a good time," she said to herself.

They had agreed to have a cup of coffee before going to the airport. Their flight wasn't scheduled to leave until ten o'clock that morning. Michael sat at the counter waiting for Wanda to make the coffee. He was checking her ass out as she walked back and forth from the stove to cabinet. She could see him checking her out from her peripheral vision. It flattered her knowing that he liked what he saw.

"You make a nice cup of coffee," he said, smiling at her.

She smiled back at him. "Thank you. You look handsome."

"Thank you. You look damn sexy in those jeans. I know you see me checking you out."

Lying, she said, "No. I haven't noticed you looking at me. I was too busy making coffee." She laughed and poured herself a cup of coffee.
