About the Author

Tonya D. Evans is an African – American author whose books are written with an ethnic theme that reflects diversity and cultural heritage.  She made publishing history, and earned notoriety with her first book Put Soul In Your Bridal Shower: The African-American Bridal Shower Book. This book is the FIRST Bridal Shower Book tailored to the African-American Culture.  The critics have given the book rave reviews and literary acclaimed success.  Her most recent book is - Put Soul In Your Baby Shower: The African- American Baby Shower Book, which is an excellent resource for planning a cultural baby shower for African-American males and females. 

 

Evans has traveled domestically, on Carnival Cruise Lines, as well as internationally on book tours.
