PROLOGUE
Two million years ago, in a galaxy known to Mankind as M33, the
only life forms were known as the Bream. As they evolved and
went to the stars, the Bream learned they were the only sentient life
forms yet in their galaxy. Knowing that someday they would be gone,
and not wanting their vast knowledge to be lost, the Bream leaders
sent robot starships throughout the galaxy, seeding other primordial
worlds with their DNA in hopes that new life form would spring
forth. They found it worked better than they had hoped. After many
millenniums, these life forms evolved and they too went to the stars.
Some life forms used their technology for peaceful exploration of the
galaxy; while others used their knowledge to conquer other worlds,
not yet able to defend themselves. It seemed even as vast as space is,
these life forms would meet and wars would begin.
The Bream and other peaceful worlds of the galaxy could not let
this continue. They soon combined their technology to stop these
interstellar wars and keep the peace.
Four very large and powerful Star Ships were built, one for each
quadrant of the galaxy. These Star Ships are three miles long, two
miles wide and one and a half miles tall.
Each Star Ship could carry thirty-five thousand people, for
colonization or evacuation. Each Star Ship had enough firepower
to destroy a star or stun everyone on an entire planet. The medical
technology was so advanced they could cure almost anything. Teleporters
on all ships were fully functional. Even large groups of
crew or civilians could be teleported very quickly, for evacuation
purposes. There were three heavy cruisers inside these mammoth
ships, along with many shuttles and scout ships. These starships had a
star-drive, up to one hundred times the speed of light. However, only
the Guardian ship had a fold drive that could take them two hundred
light years in minutes. Each ship had a teleporter that could teleport
anyone onto a planet or ship and could take them back again; this
would allow the Commanders of the ships to transport crews on or
off other ships or planets to save lives.
These four ships kept the peace for many millennia. The crews
would change, but the Captains would remain for a long time. These

About the Book
From a galaxy five billion light years away, come’s an ancient and powerful life-form. Pulled through a black hole, is one of that galaxies most powerful star ships, the peace keeper ship called The Bata Star. The Captain’s of these ships are called Guardian. These Guardians are enhanced beings with the wisdom and the power to stop interstellar wars and keep the peace.
Finding themselves in an uncharted galaxy, with no way to return home, they learn that they are dying from the effect of the Black Hole. With little or no options, they search for a life-form like themselves, and to offer the great ship to those who would swear to obey the laws of Guardian and to use the great ship for the purposes it was made for. To keep the peace and help those in need.
As they searched through this unfamiliar galaxy, they find the planet Earth, where billions of life-forms known as humans, live in turmoil and distrust. The laws of Guardian would not let the Captain of this Guardian ship give such power to a life-form so hostel. So a plan was formed, to offer a new life to those humans dying of an illness that Earth doctors can’t cure. Then take them to a new world, were they can live in peace.
After the Bream Guardian and his crew died, the new Guardian and his crew took the great ship and thirty five thousand humans, to a new world called Aldera. Before they could celebrate their new life, they met a life-form who preferred conflict over peace. As in the past, peace is something humans had to fight for. A battle for their very existence was unavoidable. This story is full of profiles, clairvoyance powers, telekinetic ability, hand to hand combat, romance, fold-drives, huge battles in space and entire planets exploding.
This is the first of an eight book series, where mankind leaves Earth and travels throughout the galaxy, hoping to finally find peace.

Born in
Over the years, I have read many Science Fiction books. I have also seen many Sciences Fiction movies and watched all the TV shows. I have always been interested in the science programs, like the Learning, Discovery and Nova channels. I’ve read Science magazines and read as much as I could about the Hubble telescope. The Hubble Space Telescope Science Institute is where I got the picture for the cover of this book. The cover is a real image of a Stellar Nebula inside Galaxy M33.
When I first started thinking about writing a Novel. I thought I would write a story using the story line of the many of the Sifi programs still on TV at that time. However after many attempts I did not feel I was using my ideas as I wanted. I made up my mind to create a story of my own. This first book of eight in the saga, took three years to write. Mostly because I had to create the story line, the technology and the creators. Although I’ve made many changes to this book over the years, the story it self has not changed.
During the fourteen years I’ve been writing these books. I found that the spelling, the grammar and punctuation is the hardest part of writing a book. If not for the help of my friends and family, this book may have never been published. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
