About the Book

This book is designed to give the future small business owner a basic idea of issues involved in starting and operating a business in United States. It provides the steps, from planning to execution to dissolution, to guide the new small business owner.

This book also provides a checklist of to-dos for someone embarking upon the journey of being an entrepreneur.

About the Author

Shahriar Mohammad Saadullah was born in Bangladesh. He completed his higher secondary education at Mirzapur Cadet College in Bangladesh. Shahriar graduated from the University of South Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1999 and joined HORNE LLP (A Public Accounting & Consulting Firm). He is licensed as a CPA in Delaware. Shahriar is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).

Since joining HORNE LLP in 1999, Shahriar has provided tax and management advisory services to small business owners in forty-five different states.

Shahriar’s passion is helping small business owners succeed.
