Positivity hides from thee.
It sometimes rains on thee but
The devil has not yet fled.
Disposition in thy mind, running
Counter clockwise. Binding thy
Hands as the clock turns
Engaging in the deepest of shadows
Seeking the light which shall free
Thy spirits.

About the Book
Black rain is a book of compiled poerty written by myself through out the last couple of years. It talks about life and how it can really tear us down; how we must build ourselves up. Most people might precieve it as sad because of the title but it's not sad at all it's a stand point of self reflection and a reminder that we as humans are blessed in so many ways that we take for granted.
Black rain shows an appreciation of nature and all that surrounds our growth as individuals, as families, friends, and nations. I think now more then ever is a time where we need to take a step back and look at what it is we are doing and ask ourselves how are we as individuals contributing to good of our country and or just those within your view. Black rain is like having a guide to transformation, let nothing get you down, keep moving is the message.
About the Author
Chasyaw is a kind spirit who has gone through several heart aches at her young age. She uses her poetry to relesae the weight of her world and the world in which we all live. Chasyaw has been writing since she learned to do so, poetry came about in junior high and has never left. The international library of poetry has published four of her poems in there anthropologies, and awarded her with an editors choice award in December of 2004. Her goal is to reach all through her words of truth and enlightenment. inspire others to write and share their experiences and views of the world. Not only adults either, through her job she helps children to create their own poetic pieces to be displayed at school and encourages them to enter contest and get the word out. Chasyaw as well as many other poets believe that writing is theroputic and more of us should use the methods of writing and the arts to express ourselves and leave this violent mantality to the animals.
