"...I see Aristide in his quarters.  He encounters a shadowy figure, allegedly his driver who has arrived to take him on a journey.  Aristide is suspicious.  The man says a few words to allay his fears---then draws a pistol and shoots Aristide.  A mortally wounded Aristide runs from his quarters outside and into the street.  He is immediately surrounded by a small group of men, including the assassin who pretends to be a curious onlooker while assuring that Aristide is dead.  When he is sure that Aristide is indeed dead, he slips away in the confusion.  His pistol concealed, he collides with a young boy wearing a red shirt with a mask over his face as he leaves.  It is announced in the headlines that Aristide is dead."
