About the Book

Jolly is a happy hippo that enjoys spreading joy.  He has many friends, and these tales are of his and his friends ventures.  These stories will not only bring happiness and joy to children, but also have an educational value, too.

About the Author

Marlene and her husband, David, reside in a rural area outside of Covington, Indiana.  Her first published book from the Best Buddies Series was "Jolly and His Friends".  Now she has a sequel to the Best Buddies Series, The Safety Edition, "Jolly Gets A Skateboard", plus two new character stories.

Marlene hopes parents will use this book for a training and teaching tool.  She also hopes children enjoy this book while learning safety issues.
