All of what you will be reading is based on my own personal experiences and how I found a way to over come the fears of dieting and be a healthier and happier person. About the Author

My name is Debra Fleming, I am 44 years old. A mother of 7 kids and a grandmother of 15 grand kids. I have been married for 22 years to a loving wonderful man that is a truck driver. My hobbies are sketching, reading, out door activities and enjoying my family. I also enjoy writing short stories and traveling across the United States with my husband in his diesel truck. I decided to write “Get That Monkey Off Your Back” to help other people like myself, to cope with all the different stressful things associated with dieting based on my own experiences and to let them know they’re not alone. If not for the constant encouragement and guidance from my husband I would not have written this book. So I would like to dedicate my first book to him, I love you Ed.
