Hey, diddle, diddle,
The cat's in the middle,
The cow's
Fallen down in a swoon,
The cat in the hat's fallen over the bat,
And the monkey's blowing
Up a balloon.
The little dog cried
To see such a thing,
As the elephant soared
To the moon.
The sweet little car,
Behind the bright star,
Floated down on a
Bright yellow broom.
The elephant followed,
Dancing ballet,
What a sight!'
Screamed the duck,
This is not a good night.

Said the bear to the hare,
What we're dealing with here

One day I met,
A little old nun,
Who introduced me
To a little young one.
I asked if they had
Stories to tell,
The old one told me about a bell.
The young one remembered
A story from Maine,
That took place
In their very old house.
At dinner one day,
One of the nuns jumped up
All shaking and screaming,
I've got a mouse!

About the Book
There are many twists and turns in Level Two as the children''s backgrounds begin to emerge. A new professor joins the staff. Everything you wanted to know about Catholicism as a child but were never allowed to ask, is told.
About the Author
Margie was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with majors in English and music. She has taught grade and high school in both public and Catholic school. She had a convent experience in Maine in the early 60's. She did graduate work in Religious Studies, Italian, French and Spanish. She worked in the Religious Education Field in the Catholic Church as a teacher, assistant director, and finally, as director of the religious education for an entire parish. She has played the piano for most of her life, taught high school choral, voice and piano, and composed several pieces, a few of which are included in Level Three of the Margie books. She currently resides outside the small town of Snover, Michigan, where she has lived since l979. She has been doing Transcendental Meditation for the past fifteen years and has made her total healing a top priority. She has an avid interest in metaphysics, alternative medicine and the healing arts.
