Waiting.
As I sit here waiting, for the words to come,
All the poems, I have put down, I thought there was only one.
All the words I have written down, to make up all the poems,
Seemed to be the right ones, as I go along.
I say a little prayer, as I write them down,
I hope they’ll help somebody, in the books I pass around.
When I write the next one, if the words they come,
If you stop and read it, my job has been done.

About the Book
This is my third and last book on poem’s of the heart. I feel like God touched me to write these Three books of poems. I truly believe God wants people to see these poems and maybe be touched by them. I hope these poems in such a way might bless your life as it has mine.
About the Author
What a person is means very little to me, as compared to who that person is, in this world we live in - past, present, or future.
Jerry Hodges is a loving person, willing to share life experiences, and broadcasting good seed. He waters that seed with more Poems of the Heart, and walks the talk.
Thanks Jerry, for your good example. The Lord at His own time (Isaiah 55:8) will provide the increase as he sees fit.
