About the Author

Elizabeth Gregg Habbitt was born and raised in Longview, Texas. She graduated from Texas Southern University. Elizabeth is an educator, playwright, actor, director, and producer. She has written, directed, and produced such plays as Holy, Holy, Holy, Unto Us a Savior Is Born,  You Were Right, Mrs. Jones, Praise Him in His Sanctuary, Manhood/Scholarship, an educational play called  Don’t TAAS Me Out, and A Gospel Musical Comedy entitled, I Don’t Mean to Gossip.

About the Illustrator

Delita Pinchback-Martin is an up-and-coming new artist. Delita graduated from Texas Southern University with a degree in art. Delita exhibits her work in galleries around the country. She is noted for beautiful works of black art and prints. Delita is formerly from Conroe , Texas.
