About the Book

This is a book of simple everyday meals that anyone who likes or even thinks they like to cook can pick up and use. I have created this book for you, people like me who love their family and friends and want to give them something of yourself everyday. Cooking is fun, it is a way to share your yourself with everyone. This book can help you do that, these recipes are simple and easy to follow, they are not overly time consuming and they are something that you can do alone or with that special someone, your children, or your friends. Open it up, take it home and start cooking some love in your kitchen.

Cooking can be a great way to spend an hour or an afternoon, pick the recipe you want to make and have a blast, drink some wine, laugh, share the day or the weeks stories and get in that kitchen and get to know each other better. Food is Love.

See you in the next book!

About the Author

My name is Stephen P. Rash, I was born in Wilmington, Delaware in the late 1950’s, I have lived here for most of my adult life, except for 4 years in Charleston, South Carolina while I was on active duty in the United States Navy. I have worked in Banking and Trust management for the last 25 years. I have been married to my wonderful wife Petra for going on 25 years, we have two fabulous children, Eric 20 and currently following the tradition of the family and is serving in the U.S. Navy and Sean 14, who is second generation NJROTC attending Delaware Military Academy and lastly our 11 month old Isabella the Doberman Pinscher, she is the latest of four. While I was a child I used to watch my Mother and Grandmother cook all the time, it was something that I just could not wait to do. When I was in High School I went to work the Rustler Steak House Co., a division of Gino foods. I became a Seer Chef and Later a Broiler Chef, I was in my glory. I had always had that Dream of being the Galloping Gourmet (whom I watched almost every day). I decided I was going to pen a book or two and share with you the fun that I have cooking. My wish to you is that you have as much fun cooking as I do.
