The author is a five-time cancer survivor who started college along with her children when she was 41. As a “late bloomer” she began a metamorphic change with amazing results. She is a certified Social Worker with an MSW, mother of two and grandmother of five. She helped found the Eaton Rapids Senior Center and is currently a board member of the Eaton Rapids Area Historical Society.
